Cougar Gold is a competitve team that focuses on advanced wrestling techniques and conditioning. To be a member of Cougar Gold you must:
- Be in 6th - 8th grade (Experienced
younger wrestlers may join with coaching approval)
- Middle school wrestlers must join Cougar Gold
and attend the first year wrestler mini-camp the week before the regular season if they are in their first year
